After heavy rains caused damage to this older family home, we provided options for repair and renovation vs a knock down rebuild. After inspection we noted that in addition to the water damage, termite damage was present and therefore there was risk in keeping the existing home.

The owners loved the neighbourhood and wanted a new home that they could live in while their kids grow, right through to their retirement. By understanding the needs of the client and how they will use the home we made a series of recommendations for the layout and materials of the home.

Currently we have knocked down the old home and worked carefully to keep the existing pergola and deck as per the client request. The construction of the new home is in progress.
