After laying the slab the owners engaged us to help manage the build. As we were not part of the design, we are taking proactive measures to resolve issues from the design. This includes approved truss supplier onsite modifications to the trusses to accommodate the new larger air-conditioning unit. We also encountered structural constraints that were not adequately designed and have collaborated with the engineer and steel suppliers to provide solutions to correctly support the roof and balcony. Our expertise and flexible collaborative approach ensured we are applying enhancements to the building, creating a home that meets the needs of the client.
