Completing a build that was purchased as an incomplete house. The current owner started at lock up stage and wanted to create a multi-generational family home.

We took over the build, conducted thorough inspections, and identified areas that required corrections. As part of this process, we fixed drainage and framing compliance, and altered the design to ensure the home was more liveable.

As part of this build, we exceeded the energy rating that was required ensuring that this large home does not require much to heat and cool. We also provided provisions for future needs such as plumbing, electrical and gas points during rough-in to accommodate anticipated outdoor living requirements.
